Geography
  • FENIX develops real estate projects in Vienna and the federal states of Lower Austria and Burgenland. Vienna, with its 1.9 million people, is the sixth most populous city in the EU and in the German-speaking world, it is second only to Berlin in terms of growth rate.
  • Traditionally, Vienna has been the focus of attraction for the countries of Central, Eastern and South-Eastern Europe.
  • Since 2009, Vienna has topped the annual quality of living city ranking provided by Mercer. Meanwhile, housing prices in Vienna are still lower than those in London, Paris or Munich and are still on the same level with Hamburg, Milan and Rome.
Projects

Our current portfolio includes roughly 10 building projects for apartment blocks and townhouses that are now on different stages of construction, from designing and obtaining a building permit to actual building and apartment selling.

All of our current development projects are being carried out in partnership with Austrian companies MROOM and Kokon Invest.
